About Victoria Dew
Victoria Dew has more than 20 years of global Corporate Communication experience, with deep expertise in strategic Internal Communication and Employee Experience.
She founded Dewpoint Communications in 2017 following extensive in-house leadership roles across multiple industries and sectors. Since then, Victoria and the Dewpoint team have supported organizations across North America, APAC and the UK, advising senior leaders on workforce communication, employee experience, organizational transformation and the evolving role of Communication in the future of work.
To date, Dewpoint Communications’ work has impacted more than 600,000 employees globally. The firm’s experience spans more than 20 industries and sectors, including work with brands such as Dell, McDonald’s and eBay.
Victoria is a frequent keynote speaker, facilitator and contributor to conversations shaping the future of the Communication profession.
She holds the Strategic Communication Management Professional (SCMP) designation – the highest global certification in the Communication profession and the only one to achieve ANSI ISO 17024.
