Our commitment
Dewpoint Communications, Inc. (“Dewpoint,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to providing a website and digital experiences that are accessible and usable for as many people as possible.

Standards & goals
We aim to align our website and digital content with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA over time and to improve accessibility as we update the site.

Scope (website, events, and platforms)
This Statement covers content we design and control on our website and in our event experiences (e.g., webinars, sign-ups, and replays). Our site is hosted on Wix, and we may also use third-party platforms (for example, for scheduling, video, or analytics). While those services have their own accessibility practices, we select vendors thoughtfully and will assist you if you encounter a barrier within those tools.

What we’re doing

  • Use clear page structure, headings, and descriptive link text

  • Provide text alternatives for meaningful images

  • Maintain reasonable color contrast and visible focus indicators

  • Support keyboard navigation for interactive elements

  • Add captions or transcripts for recordings where feasible

  • Periodically review pages against WCAG 2.2 AA and address issues we find

  • Your browser and any assistive technology (if applicable)


We aim to respond within 5 business days.
 
Compatibility
Our website is designed for current versions of major browsers on desktop and mobile. Some combinations of older browsers or assistive technologies may not fully support modern accessibility features.

Continuous improvement
Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We review our site and processes periodically and make improvements as part of regular maintenance and future updates.
