Sara Richmond has led communication and employee experience strategies both in-house and as a consultant for over 15 years.

She specializes in the intersection between people, technology, and knowledge management, and she's particularly passionate about technology that enables companies to communicate and collaborate effectively.

While Sara is known as 'The Intranet Lady,' she is also a Senior Certified HR Professional (SHRM-SCP) and Change Management Professional (CMP) and supports Dewpoint clients on diverse HR Comms and Change programs. Sara is a Certified Change Management Practitioner.
