Option #3 – Springboard (Modified Group Program)All the benefits of ongoing group support and learning but at a lighter time and budget investment. Springboard is a transitional membership that includes Clinic and Spotlight Coaching calls and Slack channel access.

Can I switch between program tiers?
Yes. We know that for many people the Core group program will be exactly what they need. However, there may be times when having additional, laser-focused coaching from experts you already know, like and trust might be just the boost you need for a specific challenge or opportunity, so on a quarterly basis you'll have an opportunity to flex up or down between Core and High Growth tiers.
