While Sara is known as 'The Intranet Lady,' she is also a Senior Certified HR Professional (SHRM-SCP) and Change Management Professional (CMP) and supports Dewpoint clients on diverse HR Comms and Change programs. Sara is Prosci Certified Change Management Practitioner.

Gemma Bevan – Senior Engagement ConsultantGemma brings her extensive Mixternal Communications expertise in workplace safety and injury prevention to Dewpoint's clients in high-risk industries. In her previous roles as Head of Behaviour Change & Channels at WorkSafe New Zealand and Communications and Engagement Lead at the Accident Compensation Corporation, Gemma has consistently proven that a truly strategic approach to safety communications drives measurable business outcomes – and helps bring frontline employees home to their families each day. As Communications Lead for New Zealand's All-of-Government COVID response, she played a critical role in delivering some of the lowest rates of transmission in the world. Gemma has won two IABC Gold Quill Awards for her work large-scale audience consultation programs.

Leveraging his nearly 20 years of experience in companies like IKEA, Springer Nature, KPMG, and Deloitte, Simon has worked with global and multinational organizations in 20+ countries across four continents. Simon has served as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, built and grown new Internal Communication functions, managed teams and led complex change and transformation programs.
