About the 12-week program

Program Format (All sessions via Zoom):
​Goal Setting & Alignment Coaching Session
Each new member meets with Program Leaders to establish goals for the program.
​
Small-Group Training Sessions:

Two-Hour Jump Start Training Session – We'll hit the ground running with an intensive training session that will give you everything you need to start building your toolkit and inspire you for the months to come. From the first day you join the IC Bootcamp you'll be delivering value to your organization. 

Nine 60-minute Boot Camp sessions  – we meet most weeks for three months. While regular attendance is strongly encouraged, calls are recorded to enable asynchronous learning.

Each expertly facilitated session has a specific focus:
  • Training – Interactive sessions teach core skills, techniques and best practices to transform the way members position themselves and their work.
  • Clinic – Focused coaching and guidance as members roll up their sleeves and refine their customized toolkit together, in real time.
  • Spotlight Coaching – Responsive to individual members' needs, this session focuses on spotlight coaching and harnessing the wisdom and experience of the group.

Assess & Elevate Coaching Session
Each member's final private coaching session reviews their program goals, identifies key learnings and determines new goals.
